Independent Study

For students passionate about learning mathematics but may not be enrolled in or “made the cut” but are ready to take on the challenge.

Provided for any math high school or AP math course listed above.

I also prepare students for the following exams if they are enrolled in independent study of AP Calculus:

AP Calculus AB*

AP Calculus BC*

*Do not need to be enrolled in AP course in school in order to study with me to take the AP exam. There are times when students have not met requirements for AP Calculus by a small margin in school but demonstrate all the qualities of success in learning material in the course in a rigorous format (I generally complete the AP course before they are completed in schools). In this case, I am more than happy to set up a plan to prepare the student for the AP exam through an independent study with me.

**I will do an evaluation to ensure the student is ready for this before students enroll in independent study with me as we dive rigorously into the learning process and build a lot of lifelong learning skills.
